Return policy

If you want to return one or more product(s) from your order, you can do that in a two-week or 14 days’ period. It counts from the day you receive your order.
In this period the product(s) must be back at the Boutique Roma AG. So please make sure that you declare you’re your package right, so it doesn’t get stuck at the customs.
After we receive the product(s) we will check for any defects or other impurities.
If everything is in the same as it was when we sent them to you, we will refund you the money for the returned product(s).
If there are any defects, that weren’t there initially, we will not refund the money for that product(s).
In this case we will send the product(s) back to you as soon as the invoice for the shipping is paid.
If there are any impurities, that weren’t there initially, we will deduct the costs for washing or other expenses, that are needed to restore the product to its initial state from the money that will be refunded.
The Boutique Roma AG will not refund the shipping costs for the returned product(s).
